From the moment guests arrived, the atmosphere was set with expertly placed uplights and dynamic moving lights throughout the room. The lighting design highlighted the Mansion at Colovista's unique architecture and created a warm, inviting ambiance as the sun set behind the hill.

Personalized Music & Dance Moments

While Abby and Zack chose a classic approach for their first dance, the evening featured a special highlight: a custom mashup for the bride and her father’s dance. Using professional recording software, we blended their favorite songs into a seamless, emotional moment that had the whole room smiling (and a few happy tears).

Throughout the night, the curated playlist kept the dance floor lively, mixing Abby and Zack’s favorite genres and crowd-pleasers to ensure everyone—from family to friends—had a reason to get up and move.

Professional Production, Seamless Experience

Audio: Electro Voice speakers provided balanced, crystal-clear sound for both the ceremony and reception.

Lighting: American DJ and Chauvet fixtures created a dynamic lighting scheme, from elegant dinner uplighting to energetic effects for the party.

Setup: Our team handled setup and breakdown efficiently, with all equipment ready well before guests entered the space.
